KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Member Account Retrieve: after the upgrade is done, the first time you wish to log in, please choose “forget password” to reset your password.

In-store & online membership synchronized: Points, rewards, and membership status are now shared across both channels.
 - 
Membership assets carried over. All your points, refund credits, and tier status will be preserved and transferred to the new system on 11/12.
 - 
VIP/VVIP benefits upgraded. We’re moving from flat % discounts to a Reward Points experience with more ways to earn and redeem.
 - 
Records honored. Your order and return histories remain valid. If anything looks off during the transition, our CS team will fix it promptly.
 
1. MEMBERSHIP ASSETS CARRIED OVER (10/27–11/12 DATA SYNC)
Your reward points, refund credits, and membership tier will be migrated and refreshed in the new website system on 12 November 2025.
During the data sync window (10/27–11/12), some accounts may temporarily show data differences.
If you notice anything unusual, please contact Customer Service, and we’ll handle it promptly.
 
2. HOW TO LOG IN AFTER SYSTEM UPGRADE
Members with existing account will need to re-access their accounts on our official site using the steps below:

Go to the new login page on the AIR SPACE website.
 - 
Enter your registered email address (same one used previously).
 - 
The system will send a verification code to your email.
 - 
Enter the code on our website within 5 minutes.
 - 
You will be redirected to the Reset Password page — please set your new password.
 
After completing these steps, your account will be successfully activated under the upgrade system.
All your previous membership information, points, order history, and refund credits will remain available after login.
3. VIP/VVIP UPGRADE
We’re evolving VIP/VVIP from flat % discounts into a richer Reward Points program:

4. IN-STORE & ONLINE MEMBERSHIP INTEGRATION
You can now earn and use Reward Points both in-store and online!
When you use the same email or phone number, the system will automatically merge your in-store and online accounts — no extra activation required.

Points and discounts are shared across both platforms.
 - 
In-store spending counts toward your membership tier.
 - 
In-store and online campaigns will usually run simultaneously, but exclusive events may vary — please refer to store signage or website announcements for updates.
 
Refund Credits from online returns can now be used for both online and in-store purchases, giving you more flexibility.
For in-store purchases, if the size does not fit, you may return to the original store within 7 days with your receipt to exchange for another size or color.
Please note that in-store purchases are not eligible for refunds.
5. RECORDS HONORED & SERVICE ASSURANCE
All order histories, return records, and refund/return statuses will remain valid after the system upgrade.
Should you notice any discrepancies during the migration period, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will verify and update your record promptly.

VIP/VVIP status retained: Members who have already achieved VIP or VVIP will keep their tier.
 - 
Need help? If you believe you already met the requirement but your status has not been updated, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll assist in adjusting it.
