Then when your order is on its way, you’ll receive another email with your courier tracking information.

International shipping may incur customs duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, customs duties and import taxes are randomly imposed by your local customs authorities. Please note that due to varying duties and customs policies in different countries, we cannot determine the exact amount you may be required to pay. It is advisable to confirm with your local customs before placing an order.
- What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
We are working with various courier partners to ensure your parcels arrive on time. Unfortunately, we are unable to assign your preferred courier to your shipment.

- What happens if I missed my delivery?
Depending on the courier, your delivery may be rescheduled to the next working day.
You may contact the courier company to arrange a redelivery by providing them your tracking number.
Take note: we are unable to arrange redelivery once the parcel has been returned to us. Kindly check on the delivery status via the online tracker once you have received the tracking information of your parcel.

- Do you provide international shipping?
We ship worldwide.

- What should I do if there's a delay in my delivery?
We're sorry your parcel has been delayed! While there may be a delay in the delivery, no action is needed on your end. You may continue tracking your parcel from the online tracker.
- Can I receive my order tomorrow if I made a purchase today?
We will need at least 4-6 working days to get your order to you. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend placing an order with us at least a week in advance.
- Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) or Self Collection?
We do not provide self collection yet we do offer COD as one of our shipping methods.
(Note: COD is currently available only for certain locations in West Malaysia)

Many apologies, we do not provide urgent delivery even though you are willing to pay more.
It will take at least 4-6 working days for us to process and deliver your order. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that you place your order with us at least 1 week in advance.
Currently, our delivery method does not provide delivery to P.O BOXES, MILITARY ADDRESSES OR PARCEL LOCKERS.
Yes, you can, as long as you have provided the correct recipient details. Hence, we will process your order according to the receiver’s detail.
However, we do not offer any special gift wrapping or wish cards. We are using standard packaging for all orders.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could record an unboxing video when you receive the product.
If a discrepancy is confirmed, we will respond promptly.
Please note that if you are unable to provide an unboxing video or if it is determined that there were no issues on our part or during the shipping process, we will not be able to send a replacement item.

- Please check your mailbox or ask your neighbors if they have received the parcel on your behalf.
- Please wait for another 48 hours. Packages may show delivered up to 48 hours before arrival in rare cases.
If you haven't received the item in 3 business days after your order is shown delivered, please feel free to send us an message (provide order# and reason).
